Is eLearning available via the HologramAviation App?
Not at this time, though you can access the eLearning website via the more menu located at the bottom right corner of the app. The web browser will open to the HologramAviation eLearning page.
How do I sign in to the HologramAviation App?
If you have a myHologramAviation username and password, these credentials will sign you into the App.
Can clients request changes with this App?
Clients have the ability to enter requests via the Contact Us function and those requests will be forwarded to the appropriate Teammate or Learning Center for assistance.
Is the App compatible with tablets as well, or just mobile phones?
The HologramAviation App is designed and optimized for both Apple and Android phones however it does work on both iPads and Android tablets. Please note that currently Training Materials are only available via Apple products. Android access will be released soon.
HologramAviation Bag Tags
May I still order Bag Tags for my family members?
You may as long as you do not exceed the allotted 4 Bag Tag requests.
Do I have to order my Bag Tags through the HologramAviation App or can I order them via the Kiosk at the Center like I have done in the past?
You may choose either method however the App provides a convenient mobile friendly option that is available 24/7 throughout your training.
May I order Bag Tags at any time?
You are able to order Bag Tags via the App one day prior to course commencement through training completion.
How many Bag Tags may I request?
You may request up to 4 Bag Tags per reservation.
How long can I order Bag Tags through the App?
Clients have the Bag Tag link available in their menu one day prior to course commencement through the last day of training. Outside of the validity period the link will no longer be visible.
Reservations & Schedule
Will the App show wet and dry lease schedules?
No. Wet lease, dry lease and eLearning reservations will not show in the App.
When is my detailed schedule available?
Schedules are available 10 days prior to your training start date.
How long into the future can I see my future reservations?
Any future reservation will show in the app.
Training History & Records
How do I save my Training Records via the App?
Once you have opened the Training Record on your device, the native options on your device enable you to save or export the document.
How do I print my records via the App?
Depending on your device, you can use either the Air Drop option or the Share option to then connect to a wireless printer.
Are clients able to view their training records?
Yes, Clients may view their training records via the App for a 36-month period. Any training beyond that point will need to be accessed via their myHologramAviation account.
Training Materials
Is a user guide available for training materials?
Yes, a user guide is included in every subscription. This guide provides in depth details on the use of the training materials.
Will the FlightBag app still be available?
Yes, the FlightBag app will be available for a short period of time as we transition to the HologramAviation App. Annotations and markups from FlightBag app will appear in your training materials within the app. Annotations and markups from the app will not appear in FlightBag.
Why don’t I see the training materials icon in my App?
Training materials are available in release 2.0 of the HologramAviation App. Please update your app in the Apple App Store to get the latest release.
